About Professional Coaching

How much does coaching cost?
Individual coaching programs are $1200. This includes your introductory session and 3 months of coaching. You can continue beyond the program at $300 per month. Payments for coaching services are made in advance.

Can you coach me if I don't live in your area?
Individual coaching is done on the phone, so I can coach you wherever you are.

How will I benefit from coaching?
What do you want to change in your life? We'll work together to make it happen. Even if it's a long-term goal we'll develop a clear strategy to keep you moving forward. Coaching helps you determine what is most important and holds you accountable for what you say you want.

How much experience do you have in my field of work?
This is not as important as you might think. Coaches do not give you advice. You are the expert in your field and coaching enables you to access your full potential and encourages you to use that capacity.

What about confidentiality?
Coaching is totally confidential. I will never discuss our conversations with anyone. I subscribe to the ICF code of Ethics.

How does team and group coaching work?
I meet with the group at your location. Fees are determined according to the size of the group and the number of sessions scheduled. Group coaching workshops are typically 1 - 3 sessions. Team coaching, like individual coaching, happens over time.

LIVE is currently accepting expressions of interest for Spiritual Awareness classes. If you have a group that would like to participate I can travel to your location.
